About the Role
UF Health - - Responsibilities: Obtain and document vital signs and weight, report abnormalities to the nurse; Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, dressing, dietary needs, and toileting; Document intake/output and send urine specimens to labs as ordered; Assist with admission, discharge, and transferring of patients and update hospital tracking system; Assist nurse/physician with treatment interventions and ensure patient safety
