Position Overview
Our client in Mt. Kisco, NY seeks a temporary Payroll Specialist to support their Payroll Supervisor with processing functions for approximately 3,500 employees.
Responsibilities- Enter payroll data into UKG/PendingPay system for bonuses and retroactive pay
- Process and maintain wage garnishment orders
- Monitor and reconcile 401(k) contributions between Fidelity and UKG systems weekly
- Enter certified payroll and prevailing wage information into the system
- 2+ years of payroll processing experience
- Strong attention to detail and Microsoft Excel proficiency
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines
- UKG payroll system experience
- Certified and prevailing wage processing experience
- Energetic with a positive attitude
- Adaptable to changing priorities
