About the Role
UW Health - 600 Highland Avenue - Responsibilities: Safely transport patients to and from nursing units and various therapy/laboratory areas.; Ensure timely transportation, patient safety, comfort, and privacy during transport.; Utilize the Patient Transport information system to record transactional records for transport requests.; Document transport information on daily log sheets and obtain signatures for cancellations, reschedules, and confirmations of drop-offs.; Provide excellent customer service during transport.
