About the Role
Corewell Health - 1234 Napier Avenue - Responsibilities: Transport patients and equipment to and from testing and procedure areas including inpatient, outpatient, emergency and high risk Intensive Care Unit (ICU); Prepare patients for transport and identify patients to ensure proper identification before transporting; Communicate with medical staff to ensure all required medical supplies and medications are transported with the patient including oxygen when required; Responsible for the timely discharge of patients throughout the hospital; Clean and disinfect equipment and maintain clean work areas; report malfunctioning equipment to appropriate staff
