About the Role
Baylor University Medical Center - - Responsibilities: Assist patients and visitors with check-in and check-out, scheduling, insurance verification, and answering phone inquiries; Direct patients to appropriate waiting areas and prepare follow-up and referral appointments; Register and verify insurance information, demographics, and enter changes into the computer system; Provide information to patients and assist with financial arrangements as requested; Mentor junior staff and support training as needed
