About the Role
Aya Healthcare - - Responsibilities: Register patients and collect demographic, financial, and medical information for registration.; Verify insurance and pre-register patients for procedures; assist with referrals as needed.; Schedule and coordinate appointments and procedures; manage referrals and authorizations as applicable.; Answer inbound and outbound calls, direct callers, and provide patient information and assistance.; Document insurance verification and patient information in the electronic health record accurately.
