UnitedHealth Group - 77 Herrick Street - Responsibilities: Screens all incoming patient inquiries to determine appropriate handling by the Patient Service Representative or by other team members; Advocates for patients and ensures patient satisfaction; Initiates requests for forms, letters, medication renewals, referrals, and other administrative needs; Reviews department appointment schedules to optimize clinic utilization and support patient needs; Assists with data collection activities and participates in continuous improvement activities
