About the Role
Endeavor Health - 800 West Central Road - Responsibilities: Assist patients with personal care needs under supervision of a RN/LPN; Obtain patient vital signs, input and output checks, and accu-checks, and report abnormalities to the nurse; Document basic patient care into electronic medical record; Assist nursing and clerical staff with admitting, discharging, transferring, ambulating, transporting, and observing patients to ensure safety; Adequately answer unit phones and direct calls to appropriate parties
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Nursing assistant or patient care technician certification preferred
- Gait/transfer assistance experience preferred
- CPR certification advantageous
