About the Role
Providence Health & Services - - Responsibilities: 1:1 patient observation for suicide prevention, elopement, or prevention of medical device dislodgement; Hygiene care: bathing, brushing teeth, toileting, urinary and fecal incontinence care; Bladder scanning; Walking patients; Vital Signs (temperature, blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation measurements)
Responsibilities

- Bladder scanning
Qualifications
- Experience with patient care and observation
- Certification as Patient Care Technician or Nursing Assistant recommended
- Performs hygiene care and vital signs monitoring
