Endeavor Health - - Responsibilities: Assist with patient movement and transfers including lifting up to 50 pounds in non-emergency situations; Read and record patient charts and assess patient condition; Communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team; use PPE such as N95/PAPR as required; Provide general patient care and support under supervision while maintaining safety and infection control; Maintain ability to work under pressure during night shifts
