Houston Methodist - 6565 Fannin Street - Responsibilities: Performs basic patient care activities of daily living (ADLs) within unit-specific defined limits under supervision; Conducts hourly rounding to ensure patient needs are met; Reports observations and patient problems to the licensed nurse; Communicates with patients, families, physicians, and co-workers in a professional, customer-service oriented manner; Promotes patient and family centered care and collaborates with interprofessional team
