About the Role
UnitedHealth Group - 350 West Thomas Road - Responsibilities: Collects patient co-pays and discusses out-of-pocket financial obligations; Verifies insurance coverage and benefits; Gathers clinical information and processes referrals, pre-certification, pre-determinations, and pre-authorizations; Communicates with patients and families in person or by phone to complete registration; Generates, reviews, and analyzes patient data reports and follows up on issues as necessary

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in patient access or medical scheduling is a plus
