About the Role
Universal Health Services - 2375 East Prater Way - Responsibilities: Schedule, greet, pre-register and/or register patients in a courteous and professional manner; Verify insurance benefits and check for authorization, pre-certification, notice of admission; Obtain patients signatures for required forms and collect patient financial responsibility; Provide professional, high quality customer service and timely resolution to customer problems; Rotate into various areas of the Patient Access Department including the Emergency Room

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in patient access or medical office preferred
