Aya Healthcare - 100 West California Boulevard - Responsibilities: Provide patients with a welcoming experience and facilitate access to care; Perform scheduling, pre-registration, financial clearance, referrals, and authorizations; Verify insurance eligibility, determine benefits and authorization requirements, and assess patient liability; Provide patient estimates and financial counseling; secure cash deposits; Deliver excellent customer service and professional interactions with patients, payers, physicians, and staff
