About the Role
O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in their selection of merchandise; Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving professional customers as needed; Process exchanges and returns for credit in accordance with company policies and procedures; Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner; Stock shelves, planogram updates, and perform inventory tasks including freight receival and cycle counts
