O'Reilly Automotive - - Responsibilities: Greet retail and installer customers and assist with merchandise selection; Handle cash drawer, process cash/credit transactions, and maintain accuracy; Look up parts, provide quotes, and upsell premium and related items; Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner; Stock shelves, update planograms, and perform inventory and daily operation tasks
