Overview This role is with the Partners in Performance team, part of Accenture. Partners in Performance is a global management consulting firm focused on human performance, working with client partners to make change happen. The team operates globally with offices in multiple regions and emphasizes delivering lasting impact beyond traditional boardroom discussions.
As a Partners in Performance Associate Principal you will provide overall, on-site team leadership, usually across multiple teams on a single site. You will coach client Business Improvement leaders and managers to ensure consistency and embed improvements, measuring success by the sustainability of results. You will also be an inspiring development leader and mentor.
Your career development will be supported by your Development Leader and a first-class Capability Management Team. With no tenure restriction, you control the pace of your development and the focus of your future career. You will maintain a generalist portfolio of engagements and be comfortable in both office environments and on remote sites. The role offers opportunities to influence and coach across C‑level to operational management while delivering tangible results.

Lead and mentor project teams, balancing delivery with development of team members.
Qualifications 10+ years of blue-chip, generalist consulting experience in a top-tier consulting house.
Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Qualifications Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence C‑level and operational management.
Excellent logical reasoning and the ability to prioritize to achieve rapid, lasting gains.
Experience delivering results-based engagements with proven, lasting impact.
A genuine passion for sustainable results.
Willingness and ability to travel extensively, with on-site travel around 80% of the role.
Experience on mining, heavy industry, or construction sites.
Travel and Location This position involves a significant amount of on-site travel, with up to ~80% travel to the US, Canada, and other international opportunities.
