Citigroup - - Responsibilities: Assist in basic account opening for existing customer; Provide service delivery to internal/external customers to resolve account service issues; Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures; Refer opportunities to segment partners where appropriate; Create sales opportunities out of service transaction and resolve customer complaints/issues promptly
