About the Role
Five Below - 1169 Nimmo Parkway, Suite 218 - Responsibilities: Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly checkout experience; Oversees the daily activities of all store associates, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and providing excellent customer service; Manages the entire process of opening or closing the store, including securing cash, locking doors, setting alarms, and ensuring smooth daily operation; Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates to improve performance; Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service
