About the Role
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care under the supervision of person(s) licensed by a State regulatory board to prescribe medication and treatment, or under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse (RN) . Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
7p-7a, including every other weekend and rotational holidays. New Grad $2,000 Sign On Bonus
~1-2 years’ LPN experience Sign On Bonus $5,000
~3-4 years’ LPN experience Sign On Bonus $7,000
~5+ years’ LPN experience Sign On Bonus $10,000
~ Tuition Reimbursement $2,000 per year
~$30k in initial RN degree assistance Shift Differential for qualifying hours between 3pm-7am
Weekend Option Nights: WEO rates + weekend differential + straight night shift differential
New Increased Weekend Option Differential: $8.00 LPN

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements
Experience: Can be new or experienced LPN
LPN-IV Certification issued by the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
