About the Role
Lineage Logistics - - Responsibilities: Perform routine grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, planting, and general upkeep of exterior areas; Execute snow and ice removal operations, including shoveling, plowing, salting, and de-icing walkways, parking lots, and access points to ensure safe conditions; Assist with basic preventative maintenance and minor repairs on building systems, physical structures, and exterior assets under the guidance of leadership; Operate landscaping and groundskeeping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, plows, and salt spreaders; Perform basic preventative maintenance on proximity switches, photoelectric sensors, pressure switches, and push buttons under close supervision
