About the Role
PrideStaff - - Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, consistently delivering excellent service.; Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints, providing client-focused solutions.; Proactively manage the full customer order process, including order intake, confirmation, and analysis to ensure optimal shipping, and keep customers informed of changes.; Coordinate with the manufacturing team for order fulfillment and follow up regularly after sales to ensure satisfaction.; Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing clients, including follow-up on quotes, upselling, and cross-selling to meet sales quotas.
