About the Role
Amtrak - - Responsibilities: Greet passengers and provide superior customer service behind the ticket counter or on the station floor; Assist passengers with special needs and luggage, and aid in boarding trains; Maintain ticket printers and Quik-Trak machines and prepare related reports; Disseminate verbal and printed information to passengers including schedules, fares, routing, and other intermodal information; Ensure timely passenger train boarding and verify ticketing and travel documents before admission to station platforms
