About the Role
JPMorganChase - 758 North Midvale Boulevard - Responsibilities: Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby flow to create a welcoming environment; Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts in compliance with policies; Educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs) to meet banking needs; Build meaningful client relationships through active listening and solution sharing, connecting clients with the appropriate specialists; Perform branch operations including handling cash devices and adhering to bank policies
