This role focuses on supporting no fault defense matters, primarily related to insurance claims, ensuring accurate and efficient case management within the no fault insurance environment. Responsibilities Assist in no fault insurance defense case preparation and management Review and organize no fault insurance claims documentation Support attorneys with legal research and case analysis specific to no fault claims Maintain case files and track case progress in compliance with company policies Communicate effectively with claims adjusters, clients, and legal teams Prepare and file legal documents related to no fault insurance defense as needed Coordinate discovery and document production related to no fault claims Required Qualifications Knowledge of no fault defense Paralegal experience Preferred Qualifications Experience with no fault on claims sideaa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
