McDonald's - 1450 Wayzata Boulevard - Responsibilities: Lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers; Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift; Plan for each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonalds standards; Monitor safety, security, and profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager; Train and develop staff to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness
