About the Role
Description: POSITION TITLE: Outside Sales Representative REPORTS TO: General Manager DEPARTMENT: Sales POSITION SUMMARY: Establishes new accounts and maintains relationships with existing customers in efforts to grow sales. Essential Job Functions: * Establish new customer accounts through networking, cold-calling, referrals, and office generated leads. * Provide exceptional customer service to our existing customer base. * Communicate effectively with shop team to ensure 100% follow-through and customer satisfaction. * Demonstrate strong tire and service knowledge to educate and provide recommendations to customers. * Continually strive to drive sales. * Demonstrate excellent time management, negotiation and communication skills. Requirements: Position Requirements: * High School diploma or GED. * 1-2 Years of successful sales experience. * Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the automotive service market. * Strong customer service skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Great attitude * Valid Drivers Licensee Compensation details: 1-1 Yearly Salary PIeb2dbdf587fa-
