Outpatient Pediatrics - North Carolina

An established, mission-driven pediatric practice in southeastern North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pediatrician to join its outpatient team. Position Highlights • Outpatient pediatric practice • High-volume, community-focused setting • Two dedicated clinical support staff (MA or nurse) per provider • Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment • Additional hourly compensation for evening and weekend coverage • $10,000 transition bonus
Compensation & Benefits • Base salary: $200,000 – $240,000• Lucrative quarterly productivity bonuses • 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance for provider and all dependents • PTO days and increasing to 42.5 days after year one • Eligibility for up to $75,000 in student loan repayment (NHSC programs)• 401(k) with 3% employer match • $300,000 life insurance policy • Short-term and long-term disability coverage • $3,000 annual CME allowance • $500 annual electronic device stipend • Malpractice coverage • Professional dues and license reimbursement
Qualifications • MD or DO • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics • Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure • Passion for community health and long-term patient relationships
