(this role makes 4) 1:1 provider-to-nurse ratio 2–3 exam rooms per provider Procedures are optional and at the provider's discretion On-site lab; imaging coordinated through the hospital Call schedule : Weekday call shared Monday–Thursday (one day per provider) Weekend rotation
