About the Role
A well-established and community-focused clinic of 8 providers is seeking a board certified or board eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join their growing, multi-service practice in the scenic Sierra Foothills of California.

Position:
* 4-day work week, no weekends required.
* $315,000+ guaranteed base salary.
* Robust sign-on and relocation provided.
* Manageable volume of 16-18 patients per day.
* No phone call responsibilities.
* 2 dedicated MAs per provider and AI scribing support.
* Full comprehensive benefits package including 100% premiums paid, retirement, PTO, 5 days CME, and CME allowance.
* Eligible for loan repayment programs (FQHC-qualified site).
