Broad Practice Mix: Joint Replacement, Sports Medicine, and Orthopedic Trauma •
Team Structure: 1 full-time Orthopedic Surgeon, 1 casual Orthopedic Surgeon, and 4 Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) •
Call Coverage: Primary orthopedic call covered by an APC, Surgeons take secondary call only, Remote access to PACS and EMR, Call schedule: 1:4 •
Patient & Referral Base: Established, loyal patient population and strong referral network across Essentia Health‘s integrated care model •
Regional Collaboration: Close coordination with orthopedic teams in the area •
Therapy Services: High-performing physical and occupational therapy departments •
Hospital Support: Dedicated, full-time ED physicians and full-time hospitalist team ensuring seamless patient care •
Compensation: Base salary of $701,000, plus wRVU-driven bonuses and quality performance incentives
Community: •
