About the Role
Dental Associates is hiring an Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon who is looking to Join our Dental Family on a part-time or full-time basis in our Green Bay, Appleton, Fond du Lac, Milwaukee and Kenosha Dental Centers.
At Dental Associates, we have grown from a one-chair-clinic to offering dental care across Wisconsin with 15 clinics providing general and specialty dentistry.

We offer the total compensation package with a salary guarantee ($500K+), competitive incentive plan (earning potential up to and exceeding $1M), signing and retention bonuses , relocation and annual CE allowances. Qualifications
- DDS/DMD or oral maxillofacial surgery credentials
- State license to practice in Wisconsin
- Minimum 1-3 years of OMFS experience
