The Oracle Services practice is a national consulting practice that assists in planning, pursuing, delivering, and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives. We provide our clients with experience in leading practices, methods and resources using Oracle’s applications and technology. The Oracle Services practice advises clients to understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. The Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant assists in planning, pursuing, delivering and managing large, complex full lifecycle initiatives, offering experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in HCM applications and technology space. Our Oracle Services HCM group supports design, configuration and implementation of HCM Application Solutions, and advises clients to help understand, architect and implement the core applications and technology required to run their business. As a Senior in Technology Business Analysis, you will connect business needs with technical solutions, evaluate business models, elicit requirements, and ensure technical teams deliver solutions aligned with business objectives. Responsibilities Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses Travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients Qualifications and Skills A Bachelor’s degree 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Human Capital Management Solutions 4+ years overall IT project implementation experience Strong knowledge and HCM implementation experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically Payroll, Time & Labor, and Absence Management Experience in roles such as Project Manager / Module Lead / SMR Experience in large multi-geography global transformation assignments and HCM deployments; US experience required Experience in multiple HCM implementations, preferably with a co-existence model Proficient in understanding business requirements and advising on HCM technology deployments Excellent knowledge of HCM features; ability to advise on best HR practices for deployments Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills Ability to travel up to 50%+ as required by client Ideally, you’ll also have MBA or MS degree preferred, but not required Oracle Cloud HCM ADP experience preferred, but not required What We Look For We seek individuals who demonstrate leadership, the ability to work independently, and a passion for making an impact. Comprehensive compensation and benefits package with a base salary range typically $102,500 to $187,900 (varies by geography); NYC Metro, WA, and CA ranges may apply. Total Rewards include medical/dental coverage, pension and 401(k), and paid time off. Hybrid model: most client-facing roles are expected to work in person 40-60% of the time over an engagement or year.
