As an Operating Room Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional care to patients undergoing surgical procedures. Your expertise in managing complex cases and your ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team will ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Assess patients to determine mental, physical, and spiritual needs
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Provide clear explanations and instructions to patients and their families
Utilize clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient condition
Contribute to a healthy workplace environment through professional communication
Maintain complete and accurate medical records
Participate in continuing education to stay current with best practices
Need 1 year experience in setting
Current Illinois Registered Nurse license
Current CPR/BLS and ACLS certifications
