About the Role
Levi Strauss & Co. - - Responsibilities: Supervise a layered team of non-exempt employees to manage workflow and achieve daily objectives within set metrics.; Create a daily tactical plan focused on safety, costs, and workforce requirements to maximize resources.; Support development of performance metrics for work groups and communicate inputs/outputs monitored for continuous improvements.; Coach and mentor team members to align activities with cross-functional goals and LS&CO business objectives.; Ensure policies and procedures around health & safety, time & attendance, and productivity are administered consistently.
