Responsibilities of the Operations Specialist:

  • Analyze customer accounts and transaction activity to identify errors, fraud, or compliance issues
  • Deliver excellent customer service, resolving account access, transaction, and product inquiries by phone and email
  • The Operations Specialist is responsible for reconciling accounts to detect and resolve discrepancies
  • The Operations Specialist will assist with special projects and ad hoc tasks

Preferred Qualifications of the Operations Specialist:

  • Prior experience working in a bank is required
  • The Operations Specialist must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary is $45,000-70,000
