About the Role
Burlington - 100 South 69th Street - Responsibilities: Lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, driving compliance to company policies and standards; Provide guidance to the Customer Service Supervisors to ensure customer service expectations and smooth customer flow at the registers; Manage the overall execution of operations and receiving SOPS; Lead the overall receiving process and coordinate with Receiving Supervisor to maintain inventory accuracy; Act as the Manager on Duty (MOD) and drive store results
