About the Role
Ulta Beauty - - Responsibilities: Lead a high-performing store operations team and drive top-line sales growth; Manage inventory life cycle, planograms, cycle counts, damages, RTV, DIF and inventory adjustments; Attract, hire, and retain a diverse team; manage scheduling and payroll budgets; Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, dress code, loss prevention, and store standards; Regularly communicate with field leadership on business trends, opportunities, and operational challenges

Qualifications
