About the Role
FedEx - 265 Industrial Park Drive - Responsibilities: Provide clerical support to management and operational functions; Serve as frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate inquiries; Enter data in various systems and compile regular/adhoc reports for management; Assist with Business Control Self Assessment (BCSA) audits by retrieving data/files; Support loss prevention functions by addressing damaged and misaddressed packages and mitigating loss
