About the Role
FedEx - - Responsibilities: Perform clerical and administrative functions for hub and station operations; Tend to damaged and incorrectly addressed packages to optimize delivery time; Serve as frontline customer service to receive, solve and/or escalate inquiries and issues; Review, research and enter data in systems and compile regular/adhoc reports; Assist management with audits and maintain records/destruction/inventory
