About the Role

Office Manager

Branford (Onsite) | Full-Time | $50-70k

A stable and growing manufacturing company is looking for a hands-on Office Manager to oversee day-to-day office operations while supporting key HR and bookkeeping/accounting functions. This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being a go-to resource across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Oversee daily office operations and administrative workflows
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations
  • Support payroll processing and employee records administration
  • Handle HR administration including onboarding, benefits coordination, and compliance support
  • Maintain vendor relationships and office supply management
  • Assist leadership with reporting, budgeting support, and operational projects
  • Help maintain organized financial and employee documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments to keep operations running smoothly
What We’re Looking For:
  • Prior experience in an Office Manager, Bookkeeper, or blended HR/Accounting role
  • Strong bookkeeping experience (AP/AR, reconciliations, payroll support)
  • HR administrative experience (onboarding, benefits, employee files, compliance)
  • Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or operational environment is a plus
  • Strong QuickBooks and/or ERP system experience
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
