About the Role
Encompass Health Corporation, a leader in facility-based and home-based patient care, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role involves assisting registered occupational therapists in providing industry-leading rehabilitation services in our inpatient facilities and through our extensive home health network. The ideal candidate will support patient care delivery by helping patients perform exercises and activities prescribed in their treatment plans, maintaining treatment areas, and documenting therapeutic activities and patient responses.
