Bachelor's, Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy, or related area as required to obtain licensure in state of practice No experience required Frequent walking, reaching, gripping and keyboard use/data entry. Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (BLS HCP) required within 90 day of employment.
