Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract
About the Role
Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while working in a home health setting in Chippewa Falls, WI.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
- Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapy license is required to start the assignment.
- At least 12 months of hospice or home health experience within the past 3 years is required.
- Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) EMR is required.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Ability to meet productivity expectations. Client notes indicate productivity targets (example: weekly productivity points and hours expectations may apply).
Preferred.
- Prior hospice-specific OT experience is preferred.
Assignment Details
- Facility Type: Home Health.
- Shift Name: Days.
- Shift Details: Days, 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
- Length of Contract: 13 weeks.
- On Call: No.
- EMR: HCHB experience required.
