Occupational Therapist Mobile Outpatient Therapy

In this role, you will provide high-quality rehabilitation services to patients in their homes, focusing on restoring independence post-hospitalization, surgery, or injury. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, establish individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care. You will be responsible for utilizing advanced therapeutic techniques and maintaining accurate patient documentation to track progress and outcomes.
