Occupational Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Occupational Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based rehab services within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will evaluate functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide ADL and functional training to help patients regain independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team while documenting progress, educating patients and families, and supporting a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment focused on exceptional patient outcomes.
