About the Role
Encompass Health Corporation, a leading provider in both facility-based and home-based patient care, is seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across a network of inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, as well as in home health settings, providing critical therapy services to patients with a variety of medical conditions. Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve activities of daily living
- Collaborate with care team to assess and plan patient goals
- Document patient progress and outcomes
Qualifications
- Master's in Occupational Therapy
- Licensed OT
- Experience in rehabilitation settings preferred
