About the Role
Encompass Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to deliver patient-centered rehab services within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this inpatient setting, you will evaluate functional abilities, design and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on interventions to improve independence in daily activities, mobility, and safety. You’ll collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, engage and educate patients and families, document in the EHR, and support high-quality, compassionate care in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
