Occupational Therapist

CenterWell Home Health seeks an Occupational Therapist to provide in-home, patient-centered therapeutic services. In this role, you’ll assess functional abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions that promote safety, independence, and quality of life. You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and caregivers, and document care in compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.
