A respected not-for-profit health system recently invested in a new $84 million birthing center is adding an OBGYN to support continued growth. The newly designed women's health floor brings together modern labor, delivery, and recovery spaces, including a large dedicated C-section suite, access to the Da Vinci Xi robotic platform, and a well-coordinated clinical setting built to deliver efficient, high-quality care.

Position Highlights
• BRAND NEW 120,000 square foot hospital with a dedicated women's health floor
• Join a collegial team of 4 experienced OBGYN's in this $84 million facility
• Da Vinci Xi robot on site
• Choose between a block schedule (7 on/7 off, 14 on/14 off) or a 4-day work week
• Balanced OB:GYN practice with the ability to perform more than 50% gynecologic surgery, if desired
• Ability to explore GynOnc if interested
• 1:5 Call Schedule

Compensation & Benefits
• $500,000 Base Salary
• $100,000 Sign on
• Comprehensive benefits with PSLF eligibility
